Bessemer Business Park

As part of the Bessemer Business Park project Eastview completed a full re-development of 11 Bessemer St.

The 3.1 Ha site was redeveloped into a divisible Prime-Grade 12,666 sqm logistics warehouse. The facility is 100% leased to PACT logistics and Carrier Transicold.

Eastview managed the design, approval and preliminary construction of the works on 9 Bessemer Street which delivered 18,460 sqm Prime grade logistics warehouse.
