    Managing Director - New South Wales

    Jim founded Eastview Australia in 1996 as a specialist Project Management Company, and under his leadership it has become an industry leader, developing over $3.5b of landmark projects throughout Australia and overseas. During his tenure, Eastview has grown from a one-man company to an organisation with more than 20 staff and a reputation for excellence within the industry.

    Before founding Eastview Australia, Jim worked for Girvan Constructions as a Site Engineer on the $120 million Citadel Tower project in Chatswood and as a Site Manager for B+B Constructions.

    During his time leading Eastview, Jim has overseen the delivery of landmark projects for institutional clients including ISPT, Centuria, American Express, Westpac, Investa Property Group, Ramsey Property Group, and Legacy Property Group in Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Papua New Guinea.

    Jim still maintains direct engagement 28 years after founding Eastview, managing commercial, industrial, and residential projects in NSW.

    Jim’s holistic approach and construction pragmatism continues to anchor Eastview’s reputation for transforming complex visions into enduring realities.

    Graham Goldman

    Managing Director - Queensland

    With over 40 Years industry experience, Graham is one of the most dedicated and hands on leaders in the building industry with a strong reputation for delivery of key projects.

    Graham has a Tier 1 Construction background and prior to setting up Eastview in QLD in 2003 was the State Director for Baulderstone Hornibrook in QLD and was originally with the parent company for Baulderstone in Bilfinger Berger. Graham played a key role as Construction Manager for Baulderstone in Sydney managing multiple key projects in readiness for the 2000 Sydney Olympics.

    Graham established Eastview in QLD in 2003 and under his guidance Eastview Australia has now completed well over $3.5billion of projects and has been a licensed Builder for the past 30 years.

    Graham has managed and delivered significant projects throughout Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Fiji, Canada, and Vietnam over the past 40 years.

    Current Key Projects in QLD include the delivery of V&A, Rochester and Amaya Projects in Broadbeach, along with Paradiso in Surfers and Mantaray at the Spit at Main Beach and working on multiple new projects in the DA Phase.

    Nathan Coleman

    Director

    Nathan has extensive experience in the building industry, both on site and in Project Management. His ability to see the big picture as well as the detail of the job ensures Nathan is highly regarded and respected within the industry.

    Nathan has been in the building industry for over 24 years. Initially starting out at Engineering Firm Robert Bird Group in 1998 before moving to Baulderstone Hornibrook in 2003 and working for the CIMIC group of Builders for 13 years.

    Nathan has experience in High Rise Residential, Hotel, Commercial towers, Shopping Centres, University Buildings and overseas experience in Wynn Palace Casino in Macau.

    Nick Ensor

    Director

    Nick has over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry. He commenced his career in the building industry as a Quantity Surveyor and gained experience across southeast Queensland, Sydney and Victoria working for Principal Head Contractors.  

    Nick has worked on a wide range of projects requiring detailed expertise and a unique skillset to coordinate and work with key stake holders to ensure prompt outcomes for his clients. Nick has a strong cost background and ability to ensure efficiencies in design through to the delivery of the project and during the construction phase. Through Nicks past experience as a head contractor he has gained the ability to foresee problems and create solutions in live environments prior to them becoming an issue to the critical path of a project, enabling a successful outcome for all parties.

    Director

    Kevin brings over 35 years of experience in the property and construction industry to his role at Eastview. His extensive career held a range of senior roles spanning across construction, project management, development management, and directorship. During this time, Kevin was instrumental in leading project teams to deliver complex developments on time and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

    Kevin’s past experience as a Head Contractor has seen him successfully deliver projects such as the $650 million Hilton Surfers Paradise development, and the $250 million Avani Broadbeach development, managing the projects from concept through to completion and settlement.

    In addition to his development management expertise, he was actively involved in securing and converting multiple design and construct opportunities via Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). These projects included high-end residential towers and complex mixed-use developments, further reinforcing his reputation for strategic procurement and execution.

    Project Director / Associate

    Andrew brings over 35 years of experience in the construction and project management industry, with a proven track record across a broad spectrum of sectors. His portfolio includes the successful delivery of high-profile projects such as sporting stadiums for the Sydney 2000 Olympics, as well as major developments in the medical, retail, education, commercial, and residential sectors. His expertise spans both public and private projects of significant scale and complexity.

    Since joining Eastview in 2001, Andrew has played an instrumental role in the successful execution of many of the company’s most prominent developments. His involvement spans the entire lifecycle of a project from feasibility and planning through to construction and final delivery.

    Known for his hands-on leadership style, Andrew is deeply engaged with all project stakeholders and maintains a strong on-site presence. His practical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to client outcomes have earned him a reputation for reliability and excellence across the industry. Clients regularly commend his ability to anticipate challenges and drive collaborative solutions.

    Chris has over 40 years experience in the Development and Construction industry with a deep background Construction, Site operations, logistics and project management. Having worked extensively across all facets of the building industry, Chris has earned a strong reputation for his professionalism, leadership, and ability to deliver outcomes. His well-rounded expertise allows him to confidently guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with the broader strategic vision.

    Highly respected within the industry, Chris is known for his ability to balance big-picture thinking with an acute attention to detail. His holistic approach enables him to anticipate challenges early and implement effective solutions that keep projects moving efficiently. This skill set has made him a trusted leader across a diverse range of complex developments. He is particularly skilled in the planning and execution of large-scale developments, bringing clarity and structure to methodology planning, staging, and program management. His hands-on involvement with design management—especially around structural systems—ensures that engineering, architecture, and construction are seamlessly integrated.

    In addition to his technical expertise, Chris excels in budget management and cost control, bringing a disciplined financial lens to every stage of delivery.     Max Simons

    Senior Project Manager

    Max is an emmerging leader at Eastview, driving the delivery of complex commercial, mixed-use, industrial and hotel developments across NSW. With nearly a decade of experience in construction and project management, Max combines technical expertise with hands-on site leadership to execute high-stakes projects for institutional clients. He has played a pivotal role in continuing Eastview’s legacy of excellence, managing landmark developments such as 477 Pitt Street and 270 Pitt Street.

    Max’s project portfolio includes collaborations with ISPT, Centuria, Ramsey Property Group, and other institutional partners, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. His holistic approach spans feasibility analysis, design coordination, and construction oversight, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Under his management, Eastview has further strengthened its reputation for revitalizing challenging sites into premium assets.

    Trained under the direct mentorship of his father, Eastview founder Jim Simons, Max embodies Eastview's core ethos of construction pragmatism and financial rigor.

  • Rick Rowlinson

    Project Manager

    Rick is an experienced and accomplished Project Manager with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. His expertise spans project delivery, programming and planning, contract administration, design management and team leadership working with a Principal Head Contractor.

     

    Rick has successfully managed the execution of complex projects in health, mixed-used and multi-residential sectors, demonstrating a strong ability to oversee project lifecycles from feasibility through to completion. Through his career, Rick has also developed key skills in feasibility analysis, tendering, and value management, allowing him to collaborate effectively with developers to optimize project outcomes.

    Benson Simons

    Project Manager

    Benson joined his father and brother at Eastview in 2021 and swiftly progressed from Assistant Project Manager to his current role. With a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Newcastle, Benson has a keen eye for health and safety management and excels in overseeing onsite operations.

    Benson has worked across the entire project lifespan for commercial, industrial, and residential developments. Benson ensures projects are executed efficiently and safely, underscoring his commitment to excellence in project management at Eastview.

    Jessica Saunders

    Contract Administrator

    Professionally presented with proven success as a contracts specialist Jessica has extensive experience providing skills in procurement negotiation, contract preparation, risk management and service coordination.

    Jessica’s specialty is effectively administering contract terms by continuously tracking progress and deliverables whilst efficiently handling simultaneous contract timelines - ensuring strict schedules are maintained.

    Jessica excels in vendor and stakeholder relations, contract negotiation and price structuring.
