Club Willoughby, a long-standing ex-services club on Sydney's Lower North Shore, is undergoing a major transformation called the "Heart of Willoughby" project, in partnership with Hyecorp.

The project will see the 52-year-old club demolished. It will be replaced by a state-of-the-art mixed-use development featuring:

• A new, three-level Club Willoughby with dining, functions, and community spaces.

• Hyegrove Willoughby: A luxury retirement community offering 126 apartments with concierge service, building manager, daily activities, dining, indoor pool, gym/pilates studio, and 24/7 registered nursing care.

• Aged care living facilities.

• 2,000m² of open space and memorial gardens.
