Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort

A refurbishment of the beachfront Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort and Spa on the Gold Coast. The iconic Mirage Resort remained open during the two year refurbishment which was completed in February 2012. The refurbishment works included the entire accommodation wings of the hotel and all common areas. The hotel wings included 296 rooms of suites, corridors and foyers. Also included were public toilets, internal lifts as well as furnishings and furniture to all rooms and public spaces. The public spaces included the upgrade of the entrance driveway, landscaping and port cochere as well as the main reception, bar, restaurant and conference facilities. The perimeter landscaping was also ungraded including the resort lagoon facilities and decking.
